I am a Compassionate HPCSA Board certified Psychologist dedicated to mental wellness, mental health research and interventions for individuals and groups.

Well versed in Psychodynamic therapy, Solution- Focused therapies and Positive Psychology approaches. I believe in meeting the client where they and collaboratively working to allow changes that will contribute to overall optimal functioning.

I am a Christian and incorporate Biblical principles for those who integrate Christian faith as part of their worldview.

My Educational Journey

After school, I pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa in Nairobi, Kenya. 10 years later, and having moved countries, I was determined to follow my passion, I started my Psychology journey at the University of South Africa (UNISA) and completed my Masters at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) with a Master of Arts in Community Based Counselling Psychology.

My Journery continued

Having pursued a second career later in life, I firmly believe that it is never too late to rediscover yourself, unlearn unhealthy patterns of thinking and behaviour, learn healthy behaviour and thinking patterns, and cultivate healthy relationships. Through life’s ups and downs, it is important to get the right support and guidance. I believe in providing a safe space, to help you heal and unlock your best self at any age or stage of life.
